Accessibility statement

Last updated 21 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to find healthcare information on CityMedGuide.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where practical. This includes:

  • text with sufficient colour contrast
  • full keyboard access, with visible focus
  • labelled forms and clear error messages
  • pages that work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens
  • reduced motion when your device asks for it

Known limitations

  • The spam-protection check on our forms is provided by a third party. If you have difficulty completing it, contact us and we will help.
  • Photos supplied by providers may have limited descriptions. We review alt text before publication.

Accessibility information on listings

Where providers tell us, listings show features such as level entrances, ramps, lifts and accessible toilets. Please confirm with the provider before you visit.

Feedback

If something on the site does not work for you, please tell us through the contact page. Describe the page and the problem and we will try to fix it.
